Our MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style, which makes MKS a practical partner for startups and small brands testing a first collection as well as established labels running repeat orders of several thousand units.
How long does sampling and production take?
Prototypes are typically ready in 5–7 days once the design and materials are confirmed. Bulk production takes 4–8 weeks depending on quantity and finish, and orders ship FOB Kolkata.
Can we start from one of your existing designs?
Yes. Choosing one of our existing bag, wallet or scarf styles and adding your branding, colours and hardware is the fastest route to market, because the pattern is already proven.
How much does it cost to manufacture a private label bag?
Price depends on leather grade, size, construction, hardware and quantity. Send us your design or a reference product and target quantity, and we will reply within 24 hours with materials options and a per-piece quote.
Are you a certified ethical manufacturer?
Yes. MKS has practised Fair Trade since 1994, and our workshop is Sedex audited. Artisans are paid above market rate, everyone employed is over 18, and leather comes from OEKO-TEX, LWG and GRS certified suppliers.
